Episode description: After a quiet wedding ceremony, in deference to a death in the bridegroom's family, the young couple set off via the back roads for a few days in Santa Barbara. Their car breaks down and they encounter a stranger. He kindly offers to help fix the car but when his suit is accidentally soiled, he flies into a fit of anger and threatens to kill the newlyweds. At their hotel in Santa Barbara, they again encounter the stranger in the lobby. These accidental meetings take on a different light when they discover he has taken a room next to theirs.
