Episode description: True, an assistant robot to Farrow, the director of a crust research laboratory, tells a lie that a big earthquake will occur, and causes a panic. Astro is wrongly thought to be responsible. The director has broken True's judgment circuit, so that he doesn't tell his daughter Pearl, who has lost her sight in an accident, the truth that there is no chance of recovery. True is repaired and gives a warning that a big earthquake will occur but people break him and then the town is damaged by the earthquake. For Pearl, Astro pretends he is True.
