Episode description: Professor Leopold, who has appealed to stop a construction project that is destroying nature in the Basin Valley, fakes his own death. He tries to stop the construction wearing a cat mask as a disguise, but Astro reveals his identity. Leopold declares to Dr. Elephant that something will happen on November 19. On that day, all the animals in the town go on a rampage. Dr. Elephant makes Astro find the professor and destroy the supersonic hypnosis device controlling the animals. The construction is stopped but the professor is dead.
