Episode description: Koichiro Tsuzuki, a man still in his early 30's, takes over the head of the Tsuzuki Group-a worldly well-known zaibatsu. He has been troubled by a tumor on his abdomen ever since his early childhood. What is unusual about the tumor is it looks like a human face to anybody's eyes. Asked by Koichiro in secret, Black Jack visits him with Pinoko to study his "human faced tumor". That night, Koichiro storms out of his mansion, suffering from seizure. Taneda, his butler, says without losing his composure, "He will be back in a few days. Please, this must be kept an absolute secret."
